Below you’ll find every safe combination, reward, and the exact location of the files containing the codes.
Examination Room Safe
Character Required: Grace
Location: From the main lobby, enter through the door on the right side. After reaching the reception area, take the left hallway leading to the examination room. The safe is placed in the right corner of the room.
Where to Find the Code File:
The file is inside the locker room next to the Rhodes Hill conference room. Facing the conference room entrance, turn right. The note containing the combination is found among the broken lockers.

Bar & Lounge Safe (Rhodes Hill Hospital)
Character Required: Grace
Location: Upper floor of Rhodes Hill Hospital. Enter through the door on the left side of the main lobby. The safe is positioned behind the bar counter inside the lounge area.
Where to Find the Code File:
The combination document is located in the second-floor office. Access it by taking the stairs in the hallway near the janitor’s office.

Basement Safe
When It Becomes Available: Shortly after Grace jumps into the hole to rescue Emily.
Location Instructions:
After collecting the fuse inside the prison area, head down the corridor and turn right. Use the fuse on the gate that powers a nearby machine. The safe is inside a room on the right side, sitting on top of a table.
Where to Find the Code File:
Leon can obtain the file after escaping Victon Gideon’s interrogation. Once you defeat the giant fetus creature, open the wooden cabinet in the hallway to collect the document.

Sterilization Chamber Safe (ARK Section)
When It Becomes Available: Near the end of the game during ARK exploration.
Location: On the right side of the ARK map, next to Biological Weapons Storage 02. It is encountered shortly after the first Licker confrontation.
Where to Find the Code File:
During Grace’s first exploration of ARK, go downstairs where a large Umbrella Corporation logo is displayed on the wall. The file containing the combination is hidden behind that wall.

Monitor Control Room Safe (Laboratory)
Location: Inside the Monitor Control Room, close to the main laboratory lobby.
Where to Find the Code File:
The combination file is stored inside one of the cargo containers in Biological Weapons Storage 05. Enter the central row of containers and check the container on the right side to locate the document.
